I've been drawing furries for a while now, originally i began changing my human character because i plainly sucked at drawing accurate humans.
It was all about the familiarity, we see humans day to day and so have become so used to seeing them that the slightest detail off is noticed in milliseconds. With furries it gave me a certain margin of error after I received alot of note and messages flaming my inability to draw humans well -_-
So after I began talking with Tracy before she released her infinitely successful webcomic Lackadaisy I took a few pointers from her tutorials and the helpful suggestions she offered.
I then noticed in her gallery at foxprints.com that she dabbled in drawing furries and i had a try at it.
needless to say it stuck, combining her tutorials with my own simplistic anthro design that failed... hard. now its well over a year or so later and I'm nearly at a point I feel comfortable with.
I can draw humans too now, but my enthusiasm died as Furries are so much more flexible and much much easier to draw.
So much so that my upcoming 3-part novel 'Eveshire' has all of the human character depicted as anthropomorphics.
So there, I may draw furries, I may like hanging out with furries but that doesn't make me one XD

In other news, I'm going on a trip to Melbourne in two weeks time, I'm dreadfully excited; been adding 10+ hours a week at work to pay for it all.
normally I'd be content with lulling around Adelaide through the holidays, but it was her idea *points to his girlfriend*
Not like I'm complaining, haven't been out of South Australia for the past 8 years.
Also Redwall presses ever on and anon', going to be issuing the first of the primary drawings to the project lead soon so hopefully Benjy's next video update will show some of the hard work from my end of things XD

Annnnd that's just about it for this, one of my short journals.
A hug for everybody who bothers to read this C:
